A rubber products manufacturer in the southeast is looking for the right person to help keep its operations moving forward.Must be relentless in pursuit of companys goals. An experience level of at least 3 years in shop floor supervision is needed. The right person will be able to refine our manufacturing processes, while maintaining a good relationship with the shop floor employees.
Knowledge of and demonstrated maintainence and troubleshooting skills a must. Communication skills needed. Light electrical and hydraulic experience helpful.We are a growing, aggressive company with a positive growth curve, and want to prepare for the next round of aggressive growth.
