Description

Looking for hard working, honest, reliable non-smoking, mature couple to manage/maintain Mountain Retreat in the Colorado Rockies.
Must have experience with Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, Painting and AV systems.
Must have experience operating and RM of heavy equipment including Dump Truck, Backhoe, Dozer, Track Skid Steer and Motor Grader plus automobile and small engine RM.
Must have some horse knowledge and provide care / exercise for two Morgan horses that are trained to ride and drive.
Experience with forestry management including cutting with a chainsaw and operating a brush chipper a plus.
Must provide guest services including instruction, support and housekeeping.
Live on site at 9,000 feet, plus salary and bonus.
